Available for download (PDF format) is the report of findings for the Comprehensive School Improvement Site Visit at Jefferson Scranton Community School District, December 8, 21, and 22, 2009. The report is based upon interviews conducted with district administrators, teachers, and support staff, parents, students, community partners, advisory committee members, and board members, as well as a review of documents.

The site visit was designed to assess progress with the Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP), provide a general assessment of educational practices within the district, make recommendations for improvement, and determine compliance with accreditation standards and federal program requirements (as applicable).
